Illustrated Living is a small, family-run business founded in 2009 by Chris and Rosie Houghton.

We’re based in St Ives, Cornwall, where we curate a thoughtful mix of paintings, ceramics, handcrafted lighting, homeware, jewellery, and gifts.

We’re drawn to good design, natural materials and a slower way of living. Our collection is influenced by the simplicity of Scandinavian and Japanese design, and by pieces that feel calm, useful and made to last. We look for items that are thoughtfully designed, functional and locally made - things you’ll enjoy using every day.
